I know you will have a lot of questions and please understand we will do our best to answer everything we can in a timely manner but we won’t be perfect.
Many of you are probably wondering, how hard are the group classes going to be and I want to answer that for you now but want you to have some context.
I was an athlete in college (wrestling) and I am currently an athlete. I’m competitive and have always been and will always be. I live my life and everything I do, I try to do it at 100%. I’m all or nothing.
I think this carries over to our classes and our intensity level. Some classes, no matter how good of shape you are in will beat you down if you give it 100%. That’s the intent. I don’t want a single person ever leaving our facility feeling like that they didn’t get their ass kicked six ways from Sunday.
But here is what I need you to understand….
Your 100% is your 100%. Classes are tough if you give it everything you have. Life is this way too. If you wake up in the morning and you go 100 miles an hour from sun-up to sun-down you are smoked by the time you hit the pillow.
When I leave this earth I want to leave with my gas tank on empty. That’s living.
Does this sound like fun? Probably not, but I think that most people want to be challenged. Most people want to be pushed outside their comfort zone and this is exactly what we will try and do each and every day. Through hard work ,comes great results.
We have the most skilled, compassionate, and motivating trainers. It is our job to get the most out of you while protecting your safety.
This is the important part. When we write our programming for the month we write it for every type of fitness level and we have modifications for every person so that if you are currently not comfortable doing a specific move such as a burpee because you have a knee or back injury, we will give you an alternative.
We have worked with clients who are 400 and 500lbs to amputee’s to people recovering from a heart attack or cancer. We know how to take a high intensity workout and give our client’s the ability to stay within their limitations.
Reign is for everyone and when you spend a few days at our facility you will find out just how close of a family we really are. We will be there to support you through this new path you are taking and help you in every way possible to achieve your health and fitness goals in the upcoming year.
The door is open, all you have to do is walk through it.
See ya on the inside.
